Terms and Conditions

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and credit verification prior to shipment. If a customer cancels his reservation prior to delivery, he will receive a full refund, less a commissioning fee of $195.

 

  • Virginia residents please add 5% sales tax to each order.

 

  • Shipping & handling will be added to each order.

 

  • Terms are Net 30 days.

 

  • 30-Day Return Guarantee:  If a customer is not completely satisfied after personal inspection of his Tribute, he may return the unfired Tribute within 30 days for a complete and courteous refund.

 

  • Cancellations are processed around the 15th and 30th of every month.
