Only two will be made per state of this true work of art with extensive hand-engraving and 24-Karat Gold inlays. You noticed, when you saw the Henry first hand, that this is the rare “Iron-Frame” Henry, the predecessor to the brass-frame Henry. Only a few hundred “Iron-Frame” Henrys were produced. Flayderman’s shows the value of these hard-to-find originals to be upwards of $25,000. Even if you could find one, it would be a “plain Jane” version with no engraving --and probably with considerable signs of use and wear. Your Henry Repeating Rifle’s beauty will last for generation after generation; it is mirror polished and given a special high temperature bluing worthy of display in the finest museum in the world. The right side of the receiver is inlaid with the state flag and a banner with the state motto. To enhance the personalization of the piece, the outline of the state is hand-engraved and inlaid in 24-Karat Gold on the left side of the receiver. The state capitol is marked with an inlaid, solid 24-Karat Gold star. To complete the story, the state seal, in all its detail, is also hand engraved and 24-Karat Gold-inlaid on the receiver.
The receiver, upper and lower tangs, buttplate, loading lever, barrel and hammer are also hand engraved and feature 24-Karat Gold inlaid borders. Even the screw heads are engraved. The magazine follower, trigger and lifter/breech block are 24-Karat Gold plated. The entire receiver is covered with classic scroll engraving, with more than 70 inches of 24-Karat Gold inlays around all the borders. The special Registry Number is inlaid in Gold along the upper tang. The 24-Karat Gold inlays gleam against the rich gloss-black background which, in turn, is enhanced by the beautiful select Walnut stock. And, if you choose, your name can be hand-engraved and inlaid in 24-Karat Gold along the barrel, which may make this the most important heirloom you own. But, the Henry is more than just of work of art in steel, Gold and Walnut. It is an accurate, firing, Henry Repeating Rifle. The full capacity is 14 rounds of .44-40 ammunition. It is capable of being fired accurately and rapidly.
