A Genuine Military M1 Carbine

Each is an authentic M1 Carbine, configured with the early-style two-hole handguard, the fully adjustable rear sight, the barrel band with the bayonet lug and the wing-type safety. Each is issued with a 15-round magazine and fires .30-caliber M1 Carbine ammo.

Museum Quality

Under the supervision of The American Historical Foundation, each Limited Edition M1 Carbine is custom gunsmithed to museum quality:

The major steel components are mirror polished and blued to a gloss-black finish.
The slide is deeply etched and gold-gilt infilled with the name and symbol of the service branch honored.
Eight 24-Karat Gold plated parts gleam against the rich finish of the walnut stocks and the deep blue-black of the steel.
The hand finished stocks are custom built of American Walnut especially for this Limited Edition.
To further set this Carbine apart as an important collector piece, the buttstock is inset with a custom-designed fired-enamel cloisonné of the service branch honored. This includes the name, symbol, founding date and motto.

As the world’s first M1 Carbines issued in honor of each American military service branch, they are in the “first ever” class of distinction, which has seen many well-documented price increases.

Limited Edition of 500

Only 500 of each Carbine are being made—your immediate guarantee of rarity and collector value. Each Carbine is specially serially numbered between 001 and 500 with the prefix of the service branch honored (e.g., USMC 001) and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.Each has different historical etchings, medallions, case liner colors and registry number prefixes appropriate to each service branch. Matching registry numbers are available. Each M1 Carbine is custom built to military specs by the gunsmiths of Thompson/Auto-Ordnance, the firm famous for inventing and building the Thompson Sub-Machine Gun. All the custom gunsmithing is by the Armory of The American Historical Foundation, world recognized for its museum quality craftsmanship. Display Case

A custom-built, luxuriously lined Display Case with engraved identification plaque is available. Includes locking glass lid to protect your firearm from dust and unauthorized handling. Suitable for wall mount or tabletop display.
